Aladdin Xalıqverdi oglu Shamilov — Doctor of physical and mathematical sciences, professor.

Vital[edit | edit source]

Aladdin Shamilov was born in 1943 in Goshabulag village of Basarkechar district in the farmer family, was graduated from Physics and Mathematics Department of the Ganja State University with honours in 1963. He did military service for 2 years and worked as a teacher in his native village. He was elected a graduate student at the Azerbaijan State University (ASU) at Differential and Integral Equation Department in 1967 and a teacher in 1969.

He successfully defended PhD thesis in 1972 and Doctor of Science thesis in 1984 in the Institution of Mathematics and Mechanics of the Ukraine Academy of Science and in Novosibirsk State University with the support of Moscow Institute after V.A. Steklov.

He was graduated from Advanced Training Department of the Moscow State University after M.Y. Lomonosov in 1977.

He became associate professor of Baku State University (BSU) in 1978 and professor in 1987. He lectured for university professors of Azerbaijan and other countries, along with the Mechanics and Mathematics Department of the Baku State University.

He is the author of 8 books on various fields of mathematics and 1 book of poems, trained 12 PhD`s and doctors. More than 150 scientific works of him have been published in local and international journals. He worked as Co-chairman of Defense Council of doctor of science and the chairman of General Mathematics Department (1966-2000).

He was invited to Eskishehir Osmangazi University of the Republic of Turkey in the 1999 and has been working as the Professor of Statistics section of Anadolu University since 2001. He has been member of BSU and faculty scientific councils.

Main scientific results[edit | edit source]

Special boundary value problems with unknown parameter for functional differential equations and abstract differential equations are considered. To solving these problems
a) method of depended variables;

b) method of independed variables are suggested. For partial differential equations on unbounded domain with free boundary special problems are proposed and to solving these problems existence and nonexistence theorems are proved.

Moreover new Generalized Entropy Optimization Methods MinMaxEnt, MaxMaxEnt, MinMinxEnt and MaxMinxEnt are developed. Mentioned methods have many important applications on Mathematical Statistics and other scientific fields as in biology, finance and etc.

In the theory of Stochastic Differential Equations and modelling by this equations several important investigations are realized and obtained results in well-known corresponded journals are published.
