Alana Ribble is an American film and television producer/creator.
Raised in Royal Oak, Michigan, Alana Ribble is a proud native whose passion for storytelling has guided her throughout her career.
She holds an undergraduate degree from Northern Michigan University and an MBA from Oakland University.
In 2006, after working as a temp at a Hollywood studio, Alana answered a job ad that changed the trajectory of her life. She was hired by two-time Academy Award-winning producer Albert S. Ruddy (known for Hogan’s Heroes, The Godfather, The Longest Yard, and Million Dollar Baby).
Under Ruddy’s mentorship, Alana became an integral part of his legacy and remains so even after his passing in 2024. His guidance and belief helped shape her into a respected producer across both film and television.
In 2014, Alana founded Janet’s Hope Productions, named in honor of her late mother. Through her company, she creates impactful entertainment—continuing a legacy of storytelling that uplifts and resonates.
