Alasandra Johnson (born 9 May 1992) is an air-hostess turned model/actor who was later seen as a contestant in Malayalam Bigg-Boss.[1] [2]season 2 hosted by Mohanlal. Alasandra had a long 7 years of aviation experience, together with her passion in acting and modeling. Alasandra is also seen in Tamil album songs, Malayalam short films, and some Indian ad films.
Early Life
Alasandra was born in Koorachund, Kozhikode as the elder daughter of Tr. Johnson P Abraham and Bindu Johnson. She has a younger sister Ardra Johnson. She completed her primary schooling from St.Thomas HS Koorachund and her secondary schooling from St. George HSS Kulathuvayal. After completing a diploma from Frankfinn Institute of Aviation, she joined Indigo airlines, Chennai in the year of 2013. She started her job as an air-hostess in the year of 2014 with Chennai based indigo airlines. She completed successful 7 years with indigo airlines along with her modeling and acting career. Alasandra is a solo traveller and a cinematic dancer.
Career
Alasandra started her aviation career in the year of 2013 and resigned her job as the lead cabin attendant on 2019 December. She made her acting debut through a Tamil musical album called “onnume agala" written by Vignesh Shivan and composed and sung by Anirudh Ravichander along with Malavika Manoj. It was released on 2017 February 14th and made 2.8 million views hit on YouTube. Her second Tamil musical album was “Hey kanave ” written by M.S Jones Rupert sung by Saloni released by Yuvan Shankar Raja on YouTube on 24th July 2018.
“The Portent “ Malayalam based short film Directed by Justin Mathew was her debut short film and was released on 10th July 2019. She has also acted in Instagramam, a Malayalam web-series directed by Mridul Nair which will be releasing soon. On 2020 Jan 5th she made her entry to the Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 2[3] telecast in Asianet. She had completed her successful 74 days of journey in the Big Boss[4][5][6][7] House which was cancelled due to Covid-19 outbreak[8]
