Alastair McKee

Alastair William McKee (born 9 March 1972 in Paddington, London) is a British television journalist and film-maker, best known for presenting the BBC current affairs programme Inside Out.[1][2][3] He has produced and directed a number of current affairs and history documentaries for the BBC.[4][5][6]
Alastair trained as a journalist at ITN, where he joined the production team for Channel 4 News. He worked on the programme during its coverage of the 2001 9/11 terrorist attacks, the 2003 Iraq War and the 2004 Madrid Bombings, for which it won two International Emmy awards. He was also a regular arts/culture reporter for the programme.
He is an active supporter of the annual Bristol Young Heroes Awards[7] and presented its gala ceremony in 2015 and 2016.
He lives in Bristol, UK with his wife and two children.
