Albert Kyei Baffour
Albert Kwame Kyei Baffour is a Ghanaian film director and producer.
Career and Filmography
Baffour started his career in 2013 when he produced Hellbound with Kofi Adjorlolo and Barbara Psorakis.[1]
In 2021, he directed The Addisons television series, which premiered on the Ghanaian streaming platform Farmhouse App.[2] Baffour also directed Kadara, a movie produced by Habiba Sinare with cast Fred Amugi and Anthony Woode.[3][4]
In 2022, he directed The Men We Love, which was produced by Yvonne Nelson with Majid Michel and Kofi Adjorlolo as casts.[5] He worked with Yvonne Nelson again to produce Fifty Fifty with John Dumelo and Majid Michel as casts.[6]
In 2023, he wrote and directed Otokunor, a short film produced by Daniel Kofi Ewusie, with Fred Amugi as the lead actor.[7]
Awards
The Men We Love was named the Movie of the Year by the Millennium Excellence Foundation.[8]
Otokunor won the Best Short Short Film at the 2023 Independent Short Awards.[9]
