Aldi Ferdian
Raden (Rd) Aldi Ferdian (born in Bandung December 11, 1979), is one of the young Indonesian entrepreneurs who has been quite successful in several businesses. Currently, Aldi Ferdian is CEO of Financial Technology Company Danaprospera.[1] [2]
Pursuing A Dream[edit]
Praying and Surrender are the principles that Aldi never abandoned. For Aldi, being earnest in pursuing and realizing dream is a part of prayer and it is manifested through intentions and concrete actions. Aldi's courage to pursue his dreams came true when he was sitting in elementary school. Since childhood, he was accustomed to find his own pocket money by renting books to his classmate. At the age of 17, he had been working as a bus driver[3] for Elementary School Student and became waiter and delivery service at McDonald’s Kings Plaza Bandung. He decided to work there because he had a wish to own a pager.
Banking Career[edit]
"There is no process and hard work that deceives the results. There is no experience that negates the opportunity". That's how he felt when he jumped in a new world, which had made him doubt. Several times he was almost dismissed for not getting clients. But he shouldn't give up. He is constantly looking for ways to find potential clients. He was very grateful for her career continues to grow rapidly. But he felt the rhythm of work at banking career was very stagnant. He wanted something more challenging and so he decided to try to glance at other fields as an entrepreneur.
Building a Business[edit]
Over time, his company continues to grow. Aldi thought to change his strategy by applying the banking system to his company. And now, Aldi and partners opened a funding business where employees or customers can get loans for their business. Since many projects had to be addressed more intensively, he decided to establish a holding company called Cakradhara Gorup, to keep all the projects supported in terms of funding. With the new group, it is easier to consolidate them, and expand their business into new sectors.
