Aleen Nichol Johnson (born 31 March 1995) popularly known as The Fit Pizza Girl is an internationally published tattoo model, mental health advocate, sex positive advocate and a United States Air Force Veteran.[1]
Early life[edit]
Aleen Nichol Johnson is from Searcy, Arkansas, United States Of America. Aleen struggled with her mental health while growing up at a teenage age. “At the age of 15, she attempted her first suicide due to years of continuous bullying, verbal abuse and harassment from other students in her school,” While going through a lot of difficulties Aleen choose a decision in serving her country after graduating which she joined the United States Air Force. She went from weighing 182 lbs in January 2018 to weighing in at 155 lbs in June 2018.[2][3] While in the Air Force, she attempted suicide for a second time, and was hospitalised at Ft. Belvoir Psychiatric Center, spent a few days frustrated and once again isolated physically and mentally.[4] While in the army, Johnson developed PTSD and credits her hobby of weightlifting with helping her deal with depression, anxiety, and PTSD.[5]
