Aleron Kong

Aleron Kong (born December 5, 1981) is an American physician and best-selling author of LitRPG.[1]

Background[edit]

Kong is a member of the Science Fiction Writers of America[2] and is best known for his series The Land. Kong has published seven titles to date, including his recent installment of the series, The Land: Predators, which ranked among the best-sellers on Audible.com[3]. His debut novel, The Land: Founding, reached #1 on audible in 2017. [4]

Kong was born in Wisconsin and is a graduate of Morehouse College. He then went on to the Morehouse School of Medicine and Morehouse Internal Medicine Residency Program, making him the only triple Morehouse alumnus in history. During college and to this day, Kong is a member of the Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity.

Kong has worked to raise money for charities including The Water Project, Able Gamers, Texas Blue Armor Brotherhood, the Breast Cancer Research Foundation and the Red Cross, specifically raising funds to help those impacted by Hurricane Irma. His charitable works in progress include a Women's Health Initiative, as well as plans for further Breast Cancer fundraisers.

Kong resides in Atlanta, Georgia.[5]

Kong has regularly ranked on the Amazon Top 100 bestselling authors[6], and was featured by Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing[7] as a top selling Amazon independent author. [8]
