Early Life
Alex Warren was born and raised in Carlsbad, California. At the age of nine, he lost his father to kidney cancer, a tragedy that would later inspire some of his most heartfelt music. He grew up alongside two sisters and a brother. His teenage years were challenging; his mother struggled with alcoholism, and after he turned eighteen, Alex found himself homeless, often sleeping in friends’ cars while pursuing his dream of creating content.
Personal Life
In 2018, Alex began dating Kouvr Annon, a fellow influencer. The couple met on Snapchat, and their relationship quickly became public through their social media content. They got engaged on New Year’s Eve 2022 and tied the knot on June 22, 2024, in Escondido, California.
Career
Content Creation & Hype House:
Alex started posting YouTube videos at the age of 10 and gained popularity through comedic and lifestyle vlogs. In 2015, he began sharing skateboarding clips on Instagram, which grew his following. By November 2019, he co-founded The Hype House, a TikTok collective that became a cultural phenomenon, with Alex credited for naming the group.
He also hosted the YouTube reality show Next Influencer and starred in the Netflix series Hype House, offering fans a behind-the-scenes look at the lives of creators.
Music Career:
Alex released his first single, One More I Love You, in 2021—a song inspired by his childhood hardships and father’s death. In August 2022, he signed with Atlantic Records and released singles like Headlights, Give You Love, and Chasing Shadows.
In September 2024, he released his debut project, You’ll Be Alright, Kid (Chapter 1), receiving positive reviews and charting in the US, UK, and Canada.
