Alexander D. Stinson

Biography
Alex Stinson has been actively involved in the Wikimedia community for several years. He began his career as a Wikipedian and later took on the role of Wikimedian in Residence at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from August 2013 to January 2014. In this role, he worked with the William Blake Archive, contributing to the expansion and improvement of the archive’s content on Wikipedia.
Stinson’s educational background includes a Master of Arts in cultural studies and literary studies from Kansas State University. He also holds a degree from James Madison University. His work primarily focuses on cultural and literary studies, and he has been recognized for his contributions to various Wikimedia projects.
Currently, Stinson serves as a Senior Program Strategist at the Wikimedia Foundation, where he continues to support and strategize for the growth and development of Wikimedia initiatives.
