He is best known for Murdoch Mysteries (2008), Between (2015), Letterkenny[2] (2016), and many other English Canada hits. His latest project, Tame Your Mind, is different from his previous acting and writing works. Alexander himself describes it as "a new category of entertainment: conscious entertainment; and a new approach to mindfulness."[6] This project is co-run by Kyle Mac, a fellow Canadian actor who has worked beside Alexander on previous film projects.

Personal life[edit]

Until recently, Alexander has kept most of his personal life off of the internet. With the launch of Tame Your Mind, he has integrated a lot of his own life experiences into the mindfulness content, giving the audience practical examples of how meditation has changed his life.
