Alexander Dellal
Alexander Dellal is managing director of Allied Commercial Exporters Ltd., a property developer and financier.
Founded in 1946 by his grandfather Jack Dellal, Allied Commercial’s portfolio includes properties in Europe, Brazil, and the United States. Its most recent acquisitions are two properties in the Los Angeles, California area: the former Santa Monica Post Office [1] located at 1248 5th St. and the former Venice Post Office [2] at 1601 S. Main St. Both are historic properties [3] [4] that are being fully renovated.
Allied Commercial has completed a number of real estate transactions, including the purchase and sale of the Clydesdale Bank Headquarters in Glasgow, Scotland [5]; the acquisition and sale of North West House in London, England [6]; and the development of a 105-hotel in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
He is married to Elisa Sednaoui, a model, actress, philanthropist and film director. They have two sons.
