Alexander Sergeevich Klishin (Russian: Александр Сергеевич Клишин; 27 May 1991, Zaozerny, Tselinograd Oblast, Kazakh SSR, Soviet Union) is a Russian entrepreneur[1], economist[2][3], financier[4] and philanthropist.[5][6]

Biography[edit]
Alexander Klishin was born in Zaozerny, Tselinograd Oblast, Soviet Union. At the age of 7, he moved to Surgut together with his family, where he finished school. Already in high school, during the holidays, Alexander improved the city of Surgut, helping in planting young seedlings and cleaning leaves. Also, he was actively engaged in other public works: he was a teacher in a school camp, initiated events from the life of the school.

In 2007, Alexander Klishin entered the St. Petersburg Industrial and Economic College, majoring in banking.
In 2009, he entered the “Russian New University” in Moscow. In 2013, he graduated from the university with the qualification of an economist.
Also, he goes to study at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration in Moscow. In 2018, he received a master's degree with honors.
Career[edit]
In July 2009, Alexander Klishin started his career as an economist at LLC “Credit Agroprombank” in Surgut.
In 2010—2012, he worked at “VTB Bank”.
In 2012—2013, Alexander holds senior positions in “Sberbank of Russia”, “Lukoil-Garant” non-state pension fund, and “Caritek Surgut”.
In 2015, he took the position of the Executive Director at LLC “Uralsibcontract”.
In 2016, Alexander became a member of the Supervisory Board of JSC “Uralsibgidrostroy”.
In 2019, Alexander Klishin continues to conduct very active social and public activities. He is the Head of the NGO “The Trajectory of Hope” charity foundation.[7] He becomes the Chairman of the Khanty-Mansi Branch of “The Russian Union of Taxpayers”.
Currently, Alexander Klishin is one of the experts in the field of economics and finance.[8][9][10][11][12] Since 2014, he has held the position of Deputy Director for Economics and Finance at JSC “Uralsibgidrostroy”.
In 2020, Alexander began his political career. He became a semi-finalist of the federal competition “Leaders of Russia. Politics”, created on behalf of the President of the Russian Federation — Vladimir Putin.[13]

- His father is Sergey Anatolyevich Klishin. He was born 1 November 1966 in Makiivka, Donetsk Oblast, Ukrainian SSR. He works as Deputy Director for Economics of the TPU of PJSC “Surgutneftegaz”.
- His mother is Lyudmila Klishina. She was born on 6 September 1965 in Shantobe, Kazakh SSR. She works as a physical education teacher at secondary School № 20 in Surgut.
