Alexander Vasilyevich Nezlobin (born July 30, 1983, Polevskoy, Sverdlovsk Oblast) is a Russian actor, television host, stand-up comedian, film director and screenwriter, producer, DJ, humorist, and former resident performer of "Comedy Club".
Biography
Nezlobin was born on July 30, 1983, in Polevskoy, Sverdlovsk Oblast.
He attended School No. 13 in the northern part of the city. After high school, he enrolled in the Faculty of Economics at the Ural State University of Economics. During his university years, he joined a local KVN team and later became part of Yekaterinburg's KVN team "Sverdlovsk".
Nezlobin began his comedy career performing at the Yekaterinburg Comedy Club before being invited to perform in Moscow. He initially performed as part of the duo "Babochki" (Butterflies) alongside Elvis (Igor Meerson), and together they created the video segment "Good Evening, Mars" for Comedy Club. He later transitioned to solo stand-up performances, with his material primarily focusing on relationships between men and women. In 2009, he began DJing at clubs under the name DJ Nezlob.
In 2013, the sitcom "Nezlob" premiered on TNT, featuring Nezlobin playing a fictionalized version of himself. The show had been in development for approximately three years.
Nezlobin wrote the screenplay for and appeared in the 2014 film "Graduation"
In July 2018, he left TNT and joined STS, where he remained until the end of the 2020/2021 season. During this period, he produced and hosted the Russian version of "Thank God You're Here" and "Russians Don't Laugh," and created "Standup Underground" for the streaming service more.tv.
He emigrated from Russia to the United States in 2021 and continues to perform stand-up comedy in Europe and the US.
Personal Life
Nezlobin married Alina Kruglova (born 1989), who was born and raised in Saint Petersburg. She graduated from the University of Culture and Arts and has a younger sister named Yulia. The couple met in 2007 at a club in Saint Petersburg.
Kruglova moved to Moscow to live with Nezlobin in 2010. They married quietly in 2012, away from media attention. The couple honeymooned in the United States. Nezlobin later took his pregnant wife to Miami, where their daughter Linda was born.
