Alexandra Christo is a British author of young adult (YA) fantasy fiction. She is known for the novels To Kill a Kingdom (2018), the Into the Crooked Place duology (2019–2021), Princess of Souls (2022), and The Night Hunt (2023).[1][2]
Early life and education
Christo studied creative writing at university and lives in Hertfordshire, England.[1][2]
Career
Christo’s debut novel, To Kill a Kingdom, was published in 2018 by Feiwel & Friends (Macmillan) in North America.[3]
In 2018, Publishers Weekly reported that Feiwel & Friends acquired Christo’s Into the Crooked Place in a two-book deal, scheduled to begin publication in 2019.[4]
In 2021, Publishers Weekly reported that Feiwel & Friends acquired Princess of Souls, described as a standalone YA fantasy romance planned for fall 2022.[5]

Into the Crooked Place
