Alexandros Michos was born on June 17, 1982, in Athens, Greece. [1] At the age of 17, he founded his first band (fade out), which he played in for three years. At the age of 20, he composed his first song titled (For a Lost Poet), which is included on the third disc of the 1550 album titled (As you can).
In 2005, he became the singer of the band 1550[2] with whom he released two albums: (What You Can, Wild Nights), as well as the CD single, “Breath,” with the songs (the true face of beauty and all that you want) from the film by (Theodor Aggelopoulos) (The dust of time). [3]
As a singer of 1550, they performed in venues all over Greece until 2013, while simultaneously working on his first solo project entitled "All I felt before I was born."
After they separated their paths with the band,[4] Michos started his solo career with Yiannis Moustakis (Percussion) and Petevis Christos (Violin). [5]
Most of his lyrics are political[6]
He married Turkish model and Miss Turkey 2007 (Gözde Zay) in 2010. The couple has two children. They divorced in 2013.[7]
