Alfeu Viero Filho is a Brazilian criminal known as the Rei dos B.Os as he has 74 occurrences reported against him, and also 13 criminal actions. He is known for tormenting residents of an apartment building in Curitiba, Paraná, Brazil, such as peeing on their doors, and beating some of them[1] among other things.
Crimes
Earliest disorders practised by Filho were committed in October 2019, when he physically assaulted seven residents of an apartment building, including pushing a woman by her hair, and biting one resident and throwing rocks at him, and defecating on a crucifix and in a peephole.[1] Every time he was taken to the police station, he would be released after giving testimony.[1] People in the apartment said they were physically and verbally abused by Filho.[2] To avoid being filmed, Filho once turned the apartment's camera around so he could not be filmed.[2] He also scattered coarse salt in the apartment's stairwell.[3]
Personality
According to one of the residents, Filho is already an aggressive person, who used drugs, and was more disorderly when his apartment's water and light were due to be cut, and also that he was due to lose the apartment. He was also said to be anti-social.[1]
Actions against Filho
Residents feared so much about Filho that they made a public petition to the Television claiming for peace.[2] On November 11, 2019 a meeting including Filho happened, with a physical altercation between Filho and the residents.[3]
