Alfie Curtis (28 July 1930 - 26 December 2017) was a British actor. He was best known for a small role as Dr. Evazan, the drunk man in the cantina at Mos Eisley in Star Wars: A New Hope (1977), who speaks the line "You just watch yourself - I have the death sentence on 12 systems," and attacks Luke Skywalker, after which Obi-Wan Kenobi defends Luke.[1]
