His Royal Majesty, Begha U Tiv, Orchivirigh Dr. Alfred Akawe Torkula, CFR was the fourth Tor Tiv. He ruled from 14 January 1991 to 22 November 2015.[1] He was the pro chancellor of the Michael Okpara University in Abia State.[2]
