Alfred Dzadey
Alfred Dela Dzadey (born November 1992) is an award-winning British property investor & developer, entrepreneur, author, and small-medium enterprise (SME) investor. He is the Founder and Director of Real Property Ventures.

Early Life
Dzadey was born in London and raised in Accra, Ghana, until he was 11. He attended secondary school and sixth form in Southeast London at Haberdashers Askes Knights Academy and later attended Haberdashers’ Aske’s Hatcham College. He received an MEng (Hons) in Aerospace Engineering with Space Technology at the University of Hertfordshire (2011-2015).
Career
In 2015, Dzadey joined Jaguar Land Rover as a contracting Project Manager, where he was primarily responsible for projects up to £200 million. When his contract was terminated amid the rise of the Covid-19 pandemic, he ventured into real estate investment. He has also ventured into the mergers and acquisitions space and is looking for profitable businesses with revenues between £3-£5 million to acquire in the haulage industry.
In 2018, he founded Real Property Ventures, a company specializing in acquiring, developing, and letting affordable, high-specification co-living accommodation in the UK. His primary investment area is the West Midlands of England, but he also considers investment opportunities at a national level.
Dzadey has been featured on the Property Strategist Podcast, The Game Of Loans Podcast, Cuppa Coffee Property Podcast, The 44 Podcast, and Take Flight Podcast, and The 5AM Club Podcast. He was one of the panel speakers at the Property Investor Show.
