It was founded by former MP Dr. Zakaria Al-Sheikh[5][not in citation given] in 2005, after four years of paper and radio media work.
The satellite broadcasts via the Arab satellite Nilesat, through the Media City located near it, next to the Jordanian Radio and Television.
