Ali Ebrahimi
Ali Ebrahimi was born on 19 Sep 1988 in Tehran, Iran.
He has one brother and one sister.
Education
He graduated from the Art and Culture College of Tehran University in a filmmaking course.
Starting and Experiencing
He started working in children's theater from age 9 and continued his work till 2007 (1385 Persian calendar).
His first appearance in cinema was in 2007 as a set and costume designer, and from that time he continued his work professionally and intensively.
In 2014, he experienced a new chapter in his life with the TOWARDS FREEDOM movie.
He became one of the youngest set and costume designers in the industry.
Directing
Short Movies
He made his first short movie in the same year and that point was his start as a director.
His enthusiasm increased day by day till he made his second short movie in 2015, Côte d'Ivoire (SAHELE AJ).
In 2017 he made more short movies.

Feature Movie
Meanwhile, he was working on a scenario with one of his friends which led to making Hot Scent (ATRE DAGH).
Hot Scent was his first feature film as a director.
Hot Scent screened for the first time at the 9th London Iranian Film Festival on 29 Oct 2018.
At the 11th Bengaluru International Film Festival, it screened and got great feedback.
It will screen in Iran for the first time in July-Aug 2019.
