Ali Wario Guyo was born in the year in Bura Garsen. He attended primary education from 1978 to 1985 and attained the Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (K.C.P.E) at Mororo Primary School. He later joined secondary school from 1986 to 1990 and attained the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (K.C.S.E) at Tarasaa High School. [1]
In the year 2005, he attained Diploma in Social Work at the University of Nairobi. He later joined the same university and attained Bachelor of Arts (Political Science and Sociology):
