Zain was born on 10 November 2004 in Bhawana. His Father Mian Khan is a successful businessman. He belongs to a Malik family. Zain has 3 Elder and 1 younger Siblings (2 Sisters and 2 Brothers). He completed his high school in Punjab International Public High School, Bhawana.
