Ali al-Tantawi (Arabic: علي الطنطاوي‎, 12 June 1908 – 18 June 1999) was a Syrian Islamic scholar, judge, broadcaster, author, editor, teacher and orator. He was recipient of the King Faisal Prize in 1990 for his services to Islam. [1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10]
