Alisa Klein
Alisa Beth Klein is an attorney working as an inaugural associate professor at Wilmington University Farnan School of Law.[1] She also writes educational material for the Center for Computer-Assisted Legal Instruction (CALI).[2]
Education
Klein graduated from Princeton University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts and from Harvard Law School in 1993. Klein clerked for Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Judge Louis H. Pollak.[1]
Career
Before teaching, Klein spent nearly three decades at the United States Department of Justice,[1] most recently serving as senior-level appellate counsel for administrative law and litigation. Significant cases she litigated include Burwell v. Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc. and United States v. Philip Morris.[citation needed]
