Early Life[edit]
Alison Elizabeth James was born on January 4, 1998 in St. Louis, MO, to Laura James and Daniel James. She has an older brother, Adam, and a younger sister, Alexa. Her father passed away when she was eight years old from complications with a blood clot.
James' started acting in the fourth grade when she played Molly Mcintire in the American Girl Doll play at her elementary school. But it wasn't until a fifth grade production of A Midsummer's Night Dream where she played three characters that she fell in love with the craft.
Alison attended Parkway South High School in Manchester, MO where she was a cheerleader. During cheerleading practice her senior year, she suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury and was out of school for two months.
She currently attends Lindenwood University where she is majoring in theatre and minoring in criminology.
