AllClear (officially known as AllClear Travel Insurance) is a British Travel Insurance company. They specialise in providing cover for older travellers and those with medical conditions. It is based in the United Kingdom and also has operations in Australia.
AllClear Travel Insurance is arranged by IES Limited, which is registered in Gibraltar. IES Limited is licensed and regulated by the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission and trades into the UK on a freedom of services basis.

History
AllClear was launched in Brentwood, Essex, in 2000, where it stayed until relocating to Romford in 2009. It was the first provider of specialist medical travel insurance cover in the UK.
In 2010, AllClear re-launched its website to offer the first Medical Travel Insurance comparison site.
AllClear entered a relationship with MAPFRE ASISTENCIA to underwrite its policies in December 2011.
Since 2011, The British Insurance Brokers Association (BIBA) has appointed AllClear to provide members with a specialist Medical Travel Insurance product[2].
Between 2014 and 2015, AllClear launched services in Australia.
In September 2021, AllClear entered a new underwriter relationship with Zurich PLC and acquired InsureandGo[3][4][5], following MAPFRE ASISTENCIA’s withdrawal from the UK Travel Insurance market.
In January 2022 AllClear announced further expansion with the opening of a new office in Cardiff, Wales[6].
Throughout 2023 and into 2024, AllClear conducted several studies via PR firms, including one into safe tap water[7], another into the most popular landmarks around the world[8][9][10], the most luxurious airports in the world[11][12][13], and the most popular cruise destinations[14].
Partnerships
AllClear works closely with a number of key partners, to provide Travel Insurance to their members, including AgeCo[15], who raise funds for the charity, Age UK. Other partners include The Telegraph[16], Diabetes UK[17] and Stroke Association[18].
