All India Sugar Trade Association (AISTA) is an organization for collaboration and cooperation of sugar industry stakeholders in India. It was founded in 2016. [1] Indian sugar exports contracts have increased to 2.7 million tonnes in 2019. And 1.7 million tonnes [2][3][4] have already been shipped, according to Praful Vithalani, [5][6] who leads AISTA. [7] AISTA organizes events (Sugar Conclave) [8] for sugar industry traders, sugar mill owners, refiners, and promoters. It invites prominent personalities to speak on industry-related issues. [9][10] AISTA co-organized a seminar with Maharashtra Rajya Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana Sangh Ltd, focusing on sugar exports and related policies. [11]
