All Road Management
All Road Management is a scheme set up to find talents on all levels of motorsport, with the ultimate goal to manage the careers of drivers from Karts up to professional series such as Formula One, Formula E or the FIA World Endurance Championship. The program was founded by Nicolas Todt, son of FIA president Jean Todt, in 2003, when he took up the role of manager of Felipe Massa. Since then, All Road Management has concentrated in the areas of driver scouting and development.[1]
