As a child Kopf had an interest in science and technology and had planned to become and engineer in Silicon Valley. Within the same year of the start up, Agrilyst won TechCrunch Disrupt's start up competition.[6][7]
During 2018, Kopf joined XFactor Ventures, a start up investment company that focuses on women and mixed gender team founders. Kopf focuses primarily on investing in organisations based within fields of Future of work, enterprise SaaS, agtech, and deep tech.[8]
During 2021, Artemis was acquired by iUNU, a developer of greenhouse management platforms, at which point Kopf became Chief Growth officer for the organisation.[9] During an interview with AFN, Kopf noted she is continuing her efforts to promote CEA and indoor farming as a solution for the issues of both food insecurity and climate change in which she described it as a valuable tool for ensuring the preservation of climate and food resiliency.[10]
