Products[edit]
Alloy Apparel & Accessories generates revenue by selling apparel (jeans, pants, dresses, tops, sweaters, outerwear, and swimwear), accessories, and footwear (including shoes and boots) through direct mail catalogs and a website.
History[edit]
Alloy launched its mail order catalog business in 1996.[2] In 2003, Alloy, Inc. acquired Delia's Corp., resulting in annual catalog, website, and retail sales of approximately $300 million and a database of more than 20 million names.[2] In 2013, HRSH Acquisitions, LLC bought Alloy, Inc. (now being marketed as Alloy Apparel & Accessories). Under the new management, the company has rebranded itself as catering to women in their 20s who are inspired by runway trends but seek modestly-priced alternatives to designer wear.[3] In 2014, Alloy Apparel & Accessories launched A+, a plus size clothing boutique for customers who shop sizes 15-25, and expanded their Tall Shop, a boutique that specializes in extended lengths for women over 5’8”.
