Allrise Capital (Allrise Capital Inc.) is an investment company headquartered in Irvine, USA. The company invests in real estate, venture capital and cryptocurrency mining in the USA and other markets outside of North America.

The company was founded in 2016 by Ruslan Zinurov and Joshua Zappala.
On May 26, 2020, the Deposit Guarantee Fund of Ukraine sold at auction the Chornomorets Stadium, formerly owned by "Imexbank" to the "Allrise Capital", for UAH 193.8 million.[1]
In autumn 2020, it became known that "Allrise Capital" acquired full ownership of a multifunctional real estate portfolio in San Francisco. The developed value of the assets exceeds 500 million US dollars.[2]
In March 2022, it became known that "Allrise Capital" merged with the Chinese firm "Bitmain" for cryptocurrency mining operations in the United States.[3].
In autumn 2022, the company became title sponsor of the ukrainian premier league football club "Chornomorets" Odesa.[4]
