Almon, Missouri

Almon is an unincorporated community in Hickory County, Missouri in the U.S. state of Missouri.[1]
History
The first permanent settlement in Almon was established in 1853.[1] Almon was named after a local family.[2] A post office named Almon was established in 1883 and remained operational until 1922.[3]
