History
Alpha Morgan Capital was established in 2012 and registered and authorized as Funds/Portfolio Managers and Issuing House by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Nigeria and managed by Investment Bankers.[1] Alpha Morgan is a member of the Funds Managers Association of Nigeria (FMAN) and the Association of Issuing Houses of Nigeria (AIHN).[2]
Alpha Morgan Capital was awarded by the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) in 2016 as an Emerging Investment Banking Firm.[3]
