Founded in 2012, the company has two subsidiaries: Alpha Morgan Capital Managers Limited and Alpha Morgan Capital Advisory Partners Limited.[1]

Alpha Morgan Capital Managers Limited[edit]

Alpha Morgan Capital Managers Limited, incorporated in 2012 as a wealth management company and was registered as a fund and portfolio manager with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).[2][3]

The company is registered as a specialist dealing member in FMDQ OTC Securities Exchange and a member of the Fund Managers Association of Nigeria (FMAN).[4][5]

The Asset Under Management (AUM) portfolio currently exceeds 120 billion Naira as of December 2020.[6][7][8]

Alpha Morgan Capital Advisory Partners Limited[edit]

Alpha Morgan Capital Advisory Partners Limited was incorporated in 2018 after being granted an issuing house license by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC),[9][10] thus enabling them to operate in the Nigerian capital market as an investment banking service provider, offering innovative investment banking solutions to Nigerians.

The company offers financial advisory and issuing house functions, and consequently executes corporate finance transactions which include private and public capital raising (debt/equity), mergers and acquisitions, project/structured finance, privatization advisory services, private equity advisory services, research and business consulting.

In June 2018, Alpha Morgan Capital Advisory Partners announced the appointment of Mr. George Imade as their new Managing Director.
