Technology

The lead program, ALTB-268, is a first-in-class tetravalent [1] antibody targeting a variety of autoimmune and immune-mediated inflammatory diseases. ALTB-268 is a more potent version of the first generation molecule, ALTB-168. ALTB-168 is a bivalent antibody, which has been tested in over 200 patients in four different indications, including Psoriasis [3], Psoriatic Arthritis, Ulcerative Colitis and acute Graft-versus-Host disease. ALTB-268 is currently being tested in an open label clinical study for Ulcerative Colitis.
