Amanda Caroline Cronin

Amanda Caroline Cronin (born 1974) is a businesswoman, model, philanthropist, property developer and multi-millionairess born in Hampshire, currently living between London & New York. Her website Forever Young was launched in 2016, as well as Forever Young Lifestyle Limited and AmandaCaroline Limited. British newspapers nicknamed Amanda as "longest legs in Belgravia".[1]

In 2020 she launched an eponymous skincare line. Cronin is an art collector, owning works by Jonas Wood and Harmony Korine.[citation needed] Over the last decade Amanda has been a muse of Stephen Webster Jewellery.[citation needed]

Early life[edit]

The youngest daughter of a consultant father and former beauty queen mother, Amanda was born and raised in the countryside outside Southampton. In the early 90s while out shopping with friends, Amanda was scouted on the High Street in Southampton. She came to prominence when a model pulled out the Giorgio Armani show and Amanda took her place. She went on to walk the runways in Milan, London and Paris fashion week throughout the decade. Amanda eventually left her modelling career after she got married.

Personal life[edit]

Caroline Cronin is ex-wife of Mark Daeche, founder of First Utility. Mark Daeche along with two others sold First utility for an estimated £230m to Royal Dutch Shell.[2]

In December 2019, following her settled divorce from energy tycoon Mark Daeche, The New Zealand Herald and other publications featured a story on Amanda keeping a £250,000 engagement ring, despite turning down the man's proposal.[3][4]

Amanda is mother to Sofia Alexandra Yeganeh, who currently studies at Parsons School of Design.[citation needed]
