The company offers game development services, including co-development, platform conversion, live operations, and support services. History

Amber Studio was founded in 2013 by Dragoș Hâncu and Mihai Pohonțu. In 2017, the company appointed Mihai Pohonțu, a former Samsung executive, as CEO.[2] In 2021, Jaime Gine, formerly of Electronic Arts and Keywords Studios, was appointed as CEO.[3]

Global Expansion

Amber has pursued international growth through acquisitions and new studios:

  • 2022 – Opened a studio in Kyiv, Ukraine, to support AAA and PC game development.[4]
  • 2022 – Expanded to Warsaw, Poland.[5]
