American Folk Artist Robin A. Davis

Robin A. Davis, born May 21, 1968, is a self-taught American Folk Artist residing in Madison, Maine. She has said to have gained her appreciation and drive for art from her family history of creativity. Her preferred style of work, Folk Art, is showcased through her media of choice. Robin commonly uses acrylic paint on antiqued wooden pieces such as: barn board, doors, furniture, barrel slats, and piano parts. She is currently listed on Creativeground.org and associated with the Wesserunsett Arts Council and Open Studio Maine; and her work can be viewed at her gallery, Treasures, in Madison, Maine.[1] Her work has also been published in Images of America Lakewood Theater by author Jenny Oby.[2]
