American Politics Club
Overview
The American Politics Club is a student-run organization that holds debates about current American political issues over free pizza. The club, which was founded by Northview High School student Shane Mumma during his junior year at the institution, also raises money for charity and hosts guest political speakers. [1]
Guest Speakers
The American Politics Club's first guest speaker was Democratic Georgia House of Representatives candidate Angelika Kausche, who won her election in November 2018. [2] Their second guest speaker was Georgia Senate candidate Matt Reeves, who lost his election in November 2018. [3]
