Americans Helping Americans

Americans Helping Americans is a non-profit organization based out of Alexandria, Virginia.[1] It operates under Christian Relief Services Charities, along with Running Strong, Bread and Water for Africa, and Safe Places.[2] Americans Helping Americans works with churches, civic groups, hospitals and businesses in counties throughout the Appalachia region providing funding and support programs.[3]

Americans Helping Americans was established in 1985 by former US Diplomat, Eugene Krizek.[4][5]
