Amesleithen (also Amesleiten) is a locality and a cadastral municipality of Neuhofen an der Ybbs, a Market town in the district of Amstetten in Lower Austria, Austria.

It is located in the Alpine foothills of Lower Austria and situated south of Neuhofen an der Ybbs. It consists of the settlements Au, Dorf, Elzbach, Haagberg, Schlosssiedlung, Stopfenau and Wurmlehen.[1] Some of them are larger than Amesleithen itself, which has only a few houses.
