“Amila Devon (December 25,1993) is a Sri Lankan film maker, music video director, official "වස්ති" Production editor and a member of "වස්ති" productions who currently lives in Negombo, Sri Lanka. He has edited film trails, music videos and "වස්ති" production episodes, some of which are on award wing and others were trending 1 on YouTube. The award winning film was According to Matthew a film by Mr.Chandrarathnam and Amila edited two official movie trailers to the next level of Sri Lankan film Industry ,giving the International vibe to the Sri Lankan audience and that became trending within India as well. Amila has been known as one of best creative editors among the industry. He was educated at the Music Oven Institute for audio engineering and has completed audio engineering program at City & Guilds as well. Amila has scored his reputation in every project he has been involved so far and starred his career as an audio engineer and now he is a creative Sri Lankan film maker with a multi talent for his profession. These experiences propelled his career in filmmaking to new levels.
