Professional wrestling career[edit]
Independent circuit (2015–2019)[edit]
On 25 November 2015, Bilal made his professional wrestling debut in Progress Wrestling. He lost his debut match against Darrell Allen & Earl Black Jr. In 2016, Amir wrestled for several companies including Progress Wrestling, Grapple Wrestling, Big West Wrestling and others. In 2017, Amir won the MEW North East Championship which was his first ever title. In 2018, he won 3CW North East Championship and the Z-Force Championship.[2]
WWE (2018–present)[edit]
Amir Jordan first competed in the WWE during the 2018 United Kingdom Championship Tournament where the winner would get a title shot against the NXT United Kingdom Champion Pete Dunne. He lost to Zack Gibson in the first round and was eliminated from the tournament.
On 7 March 2020, Amir Jordan returned to NXT UK and competed in a battle royal match where the winner would face United Kingdom Champion WALTER. However Amir lost the match. On the 1 October episode of NXT UK, Kenny Williams defeated Amir Jordan and Ashton Smith and won the WWE NXT UK Heritage Cup. On 26 November, Amir lost to Jordan Devlin for the NXT Cruiserweight Championship.
New team with Kenny Williams (2018–present)[edit]
On 25 August 2018, Amir teamed up with Kenny Williams. On 26 August 2018, he again teamed with Amir. Then they became a tag team. On 14 October 2018, they won their match against Dan Moloney and Tucker. On the 24 October 2018 episode of NXT UK, the team lost their match. Amir and Kenny won their second match against Dan Moloney and Jamie Ahmad. On 12 November 2020, they made their return against Wild Boar and Primate in a losing effort. On 4 March 2021, the duo made their return defeating Ashton Smith and Oliver Carter. On the 11 March episode, Amir and Kenny defeated Morgan Webster and Mark Andrews.
Early and personal life[edit]
Bilal Ansari was born in North Nazimabad, Karachi, Pakistan.[3] His family moved to United Kingdom when he was four years old. However Bilal came back to Pakistan for schooling. Then Bilal returned to UK and became a banker.[4]
In July 2020, Bilal was married to Razia.[5]
