Amitabh Satyam
Amitabh Satyam.[1] is an Indian author[2], columnist[3] and a prominent[4] Indian business executive[5][6].
He has over 20 years of leadership experience in technology-driven organizations. He was formerly Managing Partner at SAP where he was driving digital transformations for major customers. He also worked at IBM[7] for almost 6 years where he set up the M2M/IoT practice at IBM, worked as business lead for telecom accounts of size ~$1bn. He has authored several books including The End of Romance[8], The Smart City Transformations[9], The Hindi Medium Types etc.[10][11] His book “The Smart City Transformations” is a highly referenced guide on the smart city framework.[12][13] He graduated from IIT Kanpur[14] and did an MBA from The Ohio State University - Fisher College of Business, USA.
He has been invited as a guest speaker[15] in multiple events and his interviews feature regularly in various media outlets [16][17][18]
