Search Amy Colley on Amazon.Amy Estella Colley (born March 27, 1984) is a beauty queen from Jonesborough, Tennessee who has competed in the Miss USA pageant. She graduated from David Crockett High School in 2002.
Colley first competed in the Miss Tennessee 2002 pageant where she won a preliminary swimsuit award but did not place. Later that year she competed in the Miss Tennessee Teen USA pageant, and placed in the top six alongside Lauren Grissom and winner Rachel Smith, who would also go on to win consecutive Miss Tennessee USA title in later years. In late 2003 she competed in the Miss Tennessee USA pageant for the first time, placing first runner-up to Stephanie Culberson. Culberson would later place fourth runner-up in the nationally televised Miss USA 2004 pageant. Colley returned the following year, winning the Miss Tennessee USA 2005 title.
Colley then represented Tennessee in the Miss USA 2005 pageant broadcast live from Baltimore, Maryland in April 2005. She did not place in the pageant, ending Tennessee's run of two consecutive top five placements. The pageant was won by Chelsea Cooley of North Carolina.
In 2006, six months after giving up her title, Colley won the Miss Lexington title and competed in the Miss Tennessee pageant for a second time.
Colley is a graduate of East Tennessee State University and a full-time Registered Nurse at Vanderbilt University in the Burn Intensive Care Unit.[1]
The San Francisco Chronicle reported on November 25, 2008 that Colley was dating country music superstar Kenny Chesney.,[2] however as of 2013 she was said to have split with Chesney, married, and had a child.[3]
