Amy Sheppard (Writer)[1] (Born 2nd January 1980) is a British food writer. Her first book The Savvy Shopper's Cookbook[2] (originally titled The Aldi Lover's Guide to Cooking) was published by Ebury Press[3] in May 2017. Her second cookbook HOB will be published by Bloomsbury in June 2021[4]

Sheppard was a columnist for Cornwall Today and has written for The i [5] and Netmums. Her recipes have featured in a number of publications, including Red Magazine, Daily Mail [6], Prima Magazine and New Magazine.

In 2017 Sheppard moved to Cornwall.
