Ana Chukova
Master of Biochemistry Born 23rd October 1963, Anna’s father was a prominent researcher interested in anatomy and the nature of disease within the human body. Anna showed an interest in her father’s work from an early age and later in the studies of Professor Yamamoto. Now with over two decades of research in the field of Immunotherapy, she has become a specialist in the hormone Vitamin D, its impact on the immune system and how this affects patients that are suffering from a compromised immune system. Anna’s work has largely focused on cancer immunotherapy and her studies of a lesser known molecule called Vitamin D Transport Protein (VDTP).
