Anali

For those wondering about its origin, Anali is a term first used by an Erotic-RolePlayer known as SoloAkali in 2012, used as a mixture of the character Akali with Anal.

It eventually became so popularly common throughout the roleplaying LoL scene, that several people started to adapt to the term whenever the character would be portrayed in any sort of NSFW art.
